What Glass box offers to you:
We deliver photos that have been edited individually so each photo can look amazing. It is crucial that we listen to your feedback and know what you want and expect so we can deliver photos beyond your expectations. Our team will guide you through the whole process so that you can have a successful photoshoot.
The process
1. Contact us
Contacting us gives you the chance to communicate your needs, any questions you may have, what kind of photoshoot you need, and schedule dates and times for the photoshoot. We will notify you within 24-48 hours via email with the next steps before our session day.
2. session day
On the day of your session, we will have a brief rundown of how the photoshoot will go. We encourage clients to share their feedback so we can make sure you receive photos you will love, and from there we will take care of everything—directing, hyping you up, posing, and time management.
3.proofing
5 days after our session day you will receive a gallery link of lightly edited photos and there you will favorite "♥" any photos you want fully edited. These fully edited photos will be in the final gallery link sent to you.
4.delivery
Photos will take up to a week and a half (10 days) after the session day to be fully retouched and individually edited. Your fully retouched photos will be delivered to your online gallery where you can download them in high resolution, and share them with family and friends.
 
How many pictures will I receive?
Depending on the service you book with us, there will already be a set price and a certain amount of photos you will receive. Extra photos will be and additional cost
What should I wear?
You can wear what ever you feel the most confident in! Dress for the occasion and style of your photoshoot.
If you need help to decide on an outfit we will be happy to help you out.
When can I expect my photos?
We deliver images within a week and a half (10 days) of the session unless there are delays in payments/image selections.
Are you available outside of Chicago?
YES WE ARE! Depending on how far you are there will be a travel fee.
Do you have a studio?
We currently don't have a physical studio so photoshoots will be onsite at your event or at an outdoor location we can all agree on.
How do you accept payments?
We accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle and Apple Pay.
Where will our photoshoot be?
Each client will receive a location guide of downtown Chicago and other neighborhoods to choose from after they have booked their session. If a client is looking for locations near a certain area we will research the best spots and send a personalized list of locations.
What do we do if the weather is bad?
Chicago weather can be very unpredictable, but if there is a light drizzle and you are comfortable with it, we can continue with the shoot, but if not then we can always reschedule for another day that works best for both of us.
What if I am late to our session day?
We will only allow a 15-minute grace period, but please keep in mind that we will not make up the time if you are late.
This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.
It's okay to be nervous. We will try our best to guide you, hype you and help you feel confident.
